Mr. Ilan Shiloah is Co-Founder and Shareholder of TheTime, an active incubator investing mainly in Israeli startup companies. Mr. Shiloah has been the Chairman at McCann Erickson Ltd. (Israel) for 12 years, Chairman at Matomy (LSE:MTMY), and he currently serves as a Member of the Executive Board of McCann Erickson Europe. Mr. Shiloah serves as the Chairman of AdsMarket and is its biggest shareholder.

Len Potter, JD
Leonard A. Potter is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Wildcat Capital Management, LLC, and the Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Q Capital Management, LLC. Both Wildcat and Infinity Q are registered investment advisors. From 2009 until forming Wildcat in 2011, Mr. Potter served as a consultant to Soros Fund Management LLC (“SFM”) and as the Chief Investment Officer of Salt Creek Hospitality, a private acquirer and owner of hospitality related assets that was sponsored by an affiliate of SFM. From 2002 through 2009, Mr. Potter was Managing Director – Soros Private Equity at SFM where, from May 2005 through July 2009, Mr. Potter served as co-head of the Private Equity group and a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. From September 1998 until joining SFM, Mr. Potter was a Managing Director of Alpine Consolidated LLC, a private merchant bank, and from April 1996 through September 1998, Mr. Potter founded and served as a Managing Director of Capstone Partners LLC, a private merchant bank. Prior to founding Capstone Partners, Mr. Potter was an attorney specializing in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Mr. Potter has previously served, and continues to serve, as a board member of several public and private companies. Mr. Potter has a BA from Brandeis University and a JD degree from the Fordham University School of Law.

Dr. Shemi is a co-founder and has served as the company Chief Executive Officer since the Company’s incorporation in 2008. Prior to founding Silenseed, from 2005 to 2008 Dr. Shemi served as the Senior Vice President Technologies at Medinol Ltd., a world leader in design, development and manufacturing of stent and stent delivery systems. Prior to that time Dr. Shemi was the chief executive of several private Israeli technology companies including Color-Chip Ltd. Dr. Shemi holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Tel Aviv University. He is a single author and co-author of many scientific papers and a single inventor and co-inventor of about a dozen of patents.

Shmuel Cabilly, PhD
Dr. Cabilly has been a member of the Silenseed board of directors since inception in December 2008. Dr. Cabilly is a scientist and inventor in the field of immunology, whose major breakthrough inventions (the “Cabilly patents”) are related to recombinant antibody production. Dr. Cabilly also served as the co-founder and the Chief Scientist of Ethrog Biotechnology, where he invented dry buffer technologies enabling the production of a disposable apparatus for gel electrophoresis containing no liquid as well as a technology for molecular separation within small zones. In 2001, Ethrog was purchased by Invitrogen (today Thermo Fisher). Dr. Cabilly is a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public high technology companies in Israel, including Neuroderm (NASDAQ:NDRM), RedHill Biopharma (NASDAQ:RDHL), BioCep, Pango, Oplon, Efranat and ViDAC.
